Service Links Service Information Refurbished Sales We refurbish all types of Terminals and Printers. Refurbished (Reconditioned) equipment does the same thing as a new one, but at approximately half the cost. We refurbish all major manufactures like Wyse, Dell, IBM, Okidata, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, and ISI just to name a few. All refurbished equipment come with our 90 Day Warranty. New Sales We sell all different types of computer equipment. From Dummy Terminals all the way up to Network Servers. Internet Filtering, UpdateEXPERT, and Document imaging are just some of the great new software products we offer. Depot Repair The service center at R-Cubed maintains an impressive 3-5 day turnaround in house. Our primary goal is to give our customers quality service in the least amount of time possible. Testing and burn-in equipment at R-Cubed is up to date and actively in use on a daily basis. This includes a fully functional Surface Mount Rework (SMT workstation) station capable of replacing the smallest discrete components on up to surface mount microprocessors and custom 100-pin gate arrays, color analyzers, monitor analyzers, video splitters for burn-in purposes and standard bench test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DVM's, capacitance testers, signal generators and more are provided at each technician's disposal. Highly trained technicians and a well kept reference library of all products serviced, along with an extensive inventory of OEM manufactured spares guarantee all repairs are done right the first time. All repairs come with a 90 Day Warranty. On-Site Service We offer Onsite Computer/Network and Printer service to clients all over the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Our Technicians will come out to your location to diagnose and fix the problems occurring with your Workstation, Network, or Printers.
